The Nordics in Europe with my native Sweden, one of my absolute favorite places to paint. I love the colors of the nature, in all four seasons, in summer with the strong greens and blues,  in winter with a lot of snow, in fall with the rich coloring of the trees and in spring with the light green leaves on birch trees.

Croatia, a country close to my heart, is full of marvelous old buildings with stories to tell, jewel-like towns situated on the coast of the blue Mediterrean, and scenic landscapes at end end of every pathway.

 Flowers, fruit, things.. every now and then one still life comes to life in my studio when I see an image around me that I need to paint.
